THRIVE to focus on difficult personalities
Learning pathway seminars are a key part of Invest Fraser Coast new initiative, THRIVE, to be hosted by local industry professionals over the coming months.
The first seminar, ‘Dealing with Difficult Personalities in the Workplace’ will be hosted on Wednesday 1st July by Mr Leigh Bennett, Partner at Pharos Leadership and Interim General Manager at Invest Fraser Coast.
Mr Bennett has a diverse background in human resources, local government, education and senior executive positions, and has worked with people at all levels including front line team members, managers, executives and politicians.
‘Making it appear that they are working cooperatively and productively, passive-aggressive team members like to follow their own performance standards and timelines. Australia has one of the highest global rates of passive-aggressive personalities, and is important to know how to manage a diverse team’, said Mr Bennett.
To learn how to recognise, react to and deal with these difficult personalities in your business, come along to the seminar on Wednesday 1st July from 5.00pm at University of Southern Queensland.
